BattleBots Robotics runs for (6) weeks from May 2 to June 6. Classes are held each Thursday after school for one hour at Braeburn Elementary School on the following dates:
Enrollment for this program is limited to 14 students only.
If registration is full, please join our Waitlist, so we may contact you if a spot becomes available or if we can add a class session. There is no charge to be on the Waitlist. Payments are processed only upon actual registration of your child to the program.
A Payment Plan is offered at check-out, for those families that prefer it. This Payment Plan is managed by an outside firm that may charge a nominal fee.

Course Description
Have fun building Robotic Siege Weapons and go into battle with your friends!
Inspired by the hit show “BattleBots,” BattleBots Robotics teaches students about the integration of sensors, gears, pulleys, and coding while they try to blow each other up to smithereens! Each week, Students build a different siege weapon, like Catapults, Crossbows, Battleaxes, and more, and learn the Engineering and Robotics concepts involved to make their design work. Teams divide up to toss (safe) projectiles and apply their Math skills as they work to improve their designs and and beat their competition in the ultimate Battle Royale! Super-fun!

BattleBot Robotics is an introductory course in Robotics designed for Students in Grades K-1, 2-3, and 4-5. In this course, Students are organized by Grade level and taught Engineering, Robotics, and Math concepts according to the West Hartford Public Schools Curriculum Map associated with their Grade. Waitlist
If the course is full, please join the Waitlist. We use the Waitlist to gauge interest in our programs and, if necessary, add additional classes or run the program again next Semester. There is no charge to be on the Waitlist;
Refund Policy
If your Student tries and really doesn't our programs, just let us know after the first class and we will refund you completely. This will allow us to offer the program to Families on the Waitlist.
Payment Plan
