Description

Winter Recess Camps run every day for the week when the kids are off from school.  We are running Engineering each day as follows:

1-hour each day @ 3:30-4:30 PM

1-hour each day @ 4:30-5:30 PM

2-hours each day @ 3:30-5:30 PM

Participants must currently be in 2 grade or higher.

Description

NextGen SmartyPants' BeginnerEngineers teaches kids about Engineering components and Physics concepts through fun and engaging projects.  Learn how to use Gears, Pulleys, Springs, Axles, Bushings, and more as you learn, build, and design your own systems.  Students build Rovers, Cranes, Catapults, and more as they learn about angles, forces, and momentum via challenging hands-on experiences.

 

Classes run in 4-week periods, once a week. If you would like to drop in for one class, call first to make sure there's space available at 860-272-4000.
